My research plan Migration
2
What am I trying to find out? I am trying to find out whether older migrants (those who came to Singapore in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s) are more loyal to Singapore than younger migrants (those who came in 2000 and after)
3
Why am I doing this? There are many issues that Singaporeans face today while trying to accommodate foreigners in to their everyday lives. Singaporeans are wondering whether the migrants are really loyal towards their country. If they are not, they are questioning why there are taking job opportunities, healthcare opportunities etc. Are they really loyal?
