10. Title Page On the first page include: –Course Title –Period –School Year –Your Name –Teacher Name –Class Room # –Decoration

11. Table of Contents On the second page include: –Title: “Table of Contents” across top –Skip two lines –Label: “Date ------ Title ------ Pages” –Underline Label –Draw two vertical lines to make three columns

12. Number the Pages Starting on the third page, begin numbering the pages, starting with 1 Right side has odd numbers Left side has even numbers Number ALL remaining pages in the notebook

13. Cover Use ½ sheet of plain white paper Include the following: –Course Name –“Interactive Science Notebook” –Your Name –Teacher Name –Room # –School Year

14. Cover Add subject related decorations Attach to the front of notebook using clear contact paper or packing tape
