ICTs at our institution Fully-equipped computer classrooms within each school. 170 PCs broadband internet connection Learners use computers at least once a week, mainly basic word processing and internet. Main weakness: Limited use of computers by teaching staff: 50% find it really hard to create e-mail document attachments. 90% know how to insert a picture into a text document. Only 10% use computers to create teaching materials.
