2. In our school we try to be buddies not bullies. P7 adopt a P1 as soon as they begin school. They look after them in the playground, show them where the cloakroom and toilets are and help them to become familiar with the school routine. The P1 children enjoy seeing their buddy around the school, often asking for assistance to carry books, fasten jackets and so on.

3. We establish that bullying is: deliberately leaving someone out of games constantly calling someone names continually hiding someone’s books. often telling stories to hurt others in any way consistently encouraging others not to talk to a classmate

4. Be honest. Tell the truth. Examine your own actions. Tell an adult. Look after each other. Be a friend to all.
