1 PEOPLE REPORTING/ ANALYTICS NoQuestionYour Answer 1Who is the audience for your people reporting/ analytics? What are the biggest challenges they have with accessing people reporting? Entire HR Community, with these nuances: HR Generalists HR Recruiting Managers HR Recruiters HR Talent Development HR Comp Business Users: Sr Leaders (access enterprise level headlines) Sr Managers (access headlines to their own groups) People Managers (access homepage tiles to their directs and indirects) 2Do you have any creative solutions that help with users accessing reports in multiple places? How do you make reports easy for your users to find? Are you using a tool to link to SAP SF reports from an external location? Are you using the Quick Links Tile on the HomePage? Are you looking at using Embedded Analytics? Why or why not? Are you trying to make SAP SF the centralized reporting hub? We have a Reporting Central Tile on the SF homepage for HR users that contains SF and non-SF links. We have a WFA homepage that holds measures/custom WFA pages AND ORD reports. We just use simple URL links from our SharePoint site. We are not using quick links tile on the homepage. We are looking into embedded analytics, yes we have use cases for it. Yes we are trying to make SAP SF the centralized reporting hub, but it is hard because: 1.WFA Homepage is extremely limited in linking to external URLs, or SAP reports in ECC. 2.We don’t want to clutter up our Reporting Central Homepage Tile (See screenshot A) as it becomes too busy, so we are very selective about what we want to publish there. 3.Right now, since we don’t have Reporting Center yet, users still have to go to adhoc for SF adhoc reports, WFA homepage for WFA and ORD reports. 4.We didn’t want to use quick links tile, because it would be too cluttered there with lists of reports.

2 PEOPLE REPORTING/ ANALYTICS NoQuestionYour Answer 3How do you help your organization clearly understand the difference between live (transactional) reporting and Workforce Analytics? We equate live with REAL TIME data We equate and Workforce Analytics or Charts as TRENDING, NOT REAL TIME data. 4Does your organization have another reporting solution (i.e. Tableau, Business Objects Data Warehouse, etc.) for company level reporting? If so, how do you ensure alignment between that and your WFA reporting or other SAP SF reporting? Yes, we have many: SAP SpinifexIT or operational/transactional list type reports out of our core HRMS (SAP ECC on premise) Org Publisher Org Charts, because SF does not have Org Based Charts, just Supervisor Charts. SAP BW for Cost reporting that includes Finance Data Tableau for beautiful visualizations. We have Tableau Enterprise as well, and we link some of the Tableau dashboards into our Reporting Central SF Homepage Tile. Good ol’ Excel 5Do you have a centralized People Reporting/ Analytics solution? Is it SAP SF? If so, what can’t you report there? Even with SAP SF, how many different HR data sources and reporting solutions do you have? We’re trying to make SF the central place people go to for reporting. Within SF, we have: Sharepoint that is the intermediary between SAP ECC reports scheduled as CSV files. We schedule ECC reports in SAP Spinifex, then it goes to a Sharepoint folder as a CSV file, then we take the link of this CSV file and link it to SF’s Reporting Central Tile (I know, very involved!) We directly link our Tableau Dashboards to SF Reporting Central Homepage Tile. We link our live ORD reports on the WFA homepage and also on the SF Reporting Central Homepage Tile.
