Why or why not? If you could pick a perfect ending to this story, what would happen in it? DO NOT STOP WRITING UNTIL THE 3-MINUTE TIMER HAS GONE OFF! 5 PEOPLE NEEDED FOR “DISCUSSION”

Q3 Most of JGHG is told in flashbacks—from his relationship with Kareen, to his job on the railroad, to fishing with his father—do you think this helps to tell the story of Joe Bonham, or do you think it’s unnecessary to the story? Look back at your notes—is there a flashback scene that is ESSENTIAL (it NEEDS to be in the story)? Is there a flashback scene that is NON-ESSENTIAL (it should be taken out)? Explain.
