35 Trusted Business Advisor Lessons Learned Tax Environment Should be Reviewed –Make sure you map out all tax conditions required. –GTM May Need updating. Taxable Supplier Invoices Process requires voucher level changes for use tax accrual, if PO’s are calculated differently. Load your Trial Balances via Excel Integration to Primary Layer. Cannot load tax accounts to the transient layer. Daemons must be running!! –Replication daemon ensure that your trial balance is complete from posted transactions. –Cube Daemon refreshes FRW Cube in real time.

36 Trusted Business Advisor Lessons Learned Don’t punt on dynamic data conversion. –For Financials convert Open Receivers. Open Payables Open Receivables –Impact FX Revaluations will need to be completed in new and legacy environments. –Convert Outstanding Checks for Bank Recon. –Use Open Item Adjustment for alternate currency transactions settled on Bank Account that does not support that currency.
