The Institute for Competition and Procurement Studies (ICPS) aims: ‘To produce evidence-based world class research, in order to influence the uptake of innovative public procurement policies which remove the barriers to small indigenous suppliers (SISs) engaging efficiently and effectively in the public procurement process’.
