History A kingdom founded 3150 BC by King Menes, leading to a series of dynasties that ruled Egypt for the next three millennia.

Geography Egypt is on the Northeast corner of Africa on the Mediterranean Sea. Bordered on the west by Libya, south by Sudan and east by the Red Sea and Israel.
