Check Your Health & Wellness Answer “Yes” or “No” to the following health-related questions 1. Do you eat a balanced diet and avoid high fat food? 2. Do you exercise at least 3 times/week? 3. Do you like yourself? 4. Do you set aside time each day to relax? 5. Do you avoid drugs, alcohol, and tobacco? 6. Do you get about 8 hours of sleep each night? 7. Are there people you can talk to? 8. Can you express your feelings in a healthy way? 9. Do you wear a seat belt and avoid riding with people using alcohol or other drugs? 10. Are your decisions based on your own values and goals, rather than your friends?
