Result of the initial pilot Number of students referred Outcomes Bonus benefits Even if student is not retained still good for reputation – adds to student experience Positive and supported exit where that is the best option for that student

Further Development Further academic schools 2013-14 Attended school boards to publicise Self referrals from students via our new Enquiry Centre (opened August 2014) Referrals started to come in from more schools Initial slow uptake in 2014-15
