2 HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT It is observed that lately consumers are increasingly started to think about how healthy food they use every day. Attention is given not only to visual appearance of the product but also to information about composition of product. Due to this positive trend in society, technologists of Rezekne meat factory have started to produce series without E products! 2011th – the beggining of manufacture pork sausages without E; Together with the Latvian Medical Association developed and released Children sausages without E that contains 80% meat and low salt level; Beggining of 2012th - products could be bought in all shops in Latvia and also are exported to Estonia and Russia; The assortment of products without E series is expanded; September 2012th – Rezekne meat factory is awarded with diploma Valetudo Patriae – for investments in promotion of health of inhabitants of Latvia.

3 ADVANTAGES OF PRODUCTS 1) Products conform to the new trend in socienty - demand for healthy and natural products; 2) Products without E was created with the Latvian Medical Association and meets the requirements of the rules of healthy food; 3) In manufacturing process ared used 80% high-quality, chilled meat and natural, highest quality seasonings, which does not contain E supplementation; 4) In stores products can be seen - the package is marked with green sign without E, which has registered in Patents board.
