14. Suppose that our distributor X has 1,10,000 BV in his “A” Business Group in this month and the total BV of his “B” Business Group is 90000. His total BV will be 2,00,000 from both groups in this month. Calculation: Mr. X achieves 30% as Performance Bonus level as per the above Performance Bonus Growth Table. The company distributes 30% of 2,00,000 B.V. to X & his team Rs.60,000/- Group “A” commission 27.5% of 1,10,000 B.V. Rs.30250/- Group “B” commission 25% of 90,000 B.V. Rs.22500/- Net Progressive Income Paid to X after distribution among his both the team Rs.7250/-

16. 5. Diamond Royalty There must be one Emerald star in each side of the group “A” as well as “B” to be recognized as Diamond star. Diamond star gets 5% (70% of company monthly BV turnover) of the company BV turnover as global turnover royalty. Note : In case of more than one Diamond star, royalty will be distributed equally among them. If in your A and B line one star is there, you are entitled to get 1% of your group turnover on difference basis. If any month in your B line your business is nil then also you are entitled to get 1% of your group turnover on difference basis but in your both line one star achiever should be there. Weekly payout every Monday mid night.
