When do you plan a handover?

For in-country cluster or agency team (response or development/state-building): Simple handover of documents, handover notes and debriefing. If required, training on commonly used tools. 1-2 weeks before you leave. For local partners and line ministries: Capacity building should start approx. a month before you leave to allow for follow up. Agree with Cluster Partners and IMWG on which data can be shared and how.
