2. 2 NEXUS Online Ordering Process Online ordering through NEXUS will begin on Monday, August 22 th - Deliveries will start on September 4 th All supply orders should be placed by the Campaign Manager or Campaign Coordinator Initial Orders must be placed by October 14 th Contact your Loaned Executive with questions or concerns

4. 4 For Your Information Allow at least 7 business days for delivery Include point of contact when placing orders Know your agencies security/loading dock policy Have a plan for receiving and storing supplies

5. 5 Campaign Marketing Materials The following items are available for ordering through NEXUS:  Catalog of Caring  Campaign Cards  Thank You Cards  Campaign Poster  Pledge Forms  Pledge Form Carriers  Deposit Bag  Keyworker Materials (KW Guide, Drawstring bag, “Show Some Love” Theme Sunglasses) *Quantities are pre-populated in NEXUS and are based on agency FTE count.

8. 8 Placing Your Award Order Consider final audited numbers when placing award orders Review plaque text and verify for accuracy Allow 10 business days for delivery Each reporting unit is allowed one complimentary award per eligible category

9. 9 Department or Agency Recognition In an effort to direct more dollars to charities, Reporting Units must have a minimum of 100 employees to qualify for a plaque award.
