4 Kanchanaburi is located 128 kilometers (80 miles) west of Bangkok. It is Thailand's third largest province with an area of 19,486 square kilometers. The provincial area is mountainous and has the west border next to Myanmar. Welcome to Kanchanaburi

5 Amphoe Sangklaburi It is 230 kilometers to the morth of the province and borders to Myanmar at Three Pagodas Pass Phya Tong Sue which in the commercial area of Mayanmar and famous for wooden furniture.

7 Vistors can tale the bus No. 8203 or air conditioned bus at the bus terminal on route Kanchanaburi - Sangklaburi, it takes 5 hours for regular bus, starting from 6.00 am. 8.40 a.m. and 12.00 am. And it takes only 3 hours, leavinf every hour from 7.30 a.m. till the last trip at 4.30 p.m.

8 Mini bus from Sangklaburi to Three Pagodas Pass leaves daily from Sangklaburi market. One can even hire round - trip bus for his group.

This place is another great sight - seeing point of Vajiralongkorn Dam where many creeks; Song Ka Lia, Bi Khli and Ran Ti, meet together leading to " Sam Prasop"
