Whatman Cyclobenzaprine HCl - USP 27 NF:22 Finely powdered Tablets Transfer 10 mg Cyclobenzaprine to a flask Add 150 mL of 0.1 N HCl Stir for 15 minutes Dilute with 0.1 N HCl to 200 mL Filter Inject 10 µL into HPLC Take 5 mL in Syringe Place in standard 2 mL Vial In Autosampler Finely powdered Tablets Transfer 2.5 mg Cyclobenzaprine to MUP Add 0.5 mL of 0.1 N HCl Stir for 5 minutes Inject 10 µL into HPLC Compress MUP Place in standard in Autosampler
