2 Fair Labor Standard Act(FLSA)  The law which regulates such areas as minimum wage, overtime pay, and other payroll calculations.

3 Pay Period 15  FLSA 14 Day 60% 2005 40% 2006 Pay Period Dates 06/23/2005-07/06/2005

4 Pay Period 15  FLSA 7 Day Week 1100%2005 06/23/2005-06/29/2005 Week 220% (2005) 80% (2006) 06/30/2005-07/06/2005

5 Final Check Payroll  PP 15FC will post based on the employee’s term date.

6 Off Cycle Warrants  Any off cycle warrants issued after the current payroll closes, are attached to the next open payroll.  Central Payroll will close PP15 processing at 12 noon on July 14, 2005.
