8.  You will receive a letter explaining the program, the supplier’s information, the reduced rate and response options  Program only includes those who are not currently with a third party electric supplier  This form letter developed by the BPU provides: All program information Notifications methods Mail return, 800#, Website

9.  Utility will send a switch over letter confirming participation  The letter will come directly from utility and will confirm your exact start date with the supplier.  Begin receiving reduced rate with utility’s rate compared right on monthly bill

10. Your monthly price to compare is $0.1041/kWh

13.  Who do I call if my electric goes out?  Will I be penalized if I do not become part of the program?  Will there be a different or two separate bills?  Does this hurt the utility company?  Who do I call with billing questions?  If I cancel can I resume participation?  Is budget billing offered?  What if I already have a Third Party Supplier?  Why do I have to respond in order to not participate?
