7. 7 For Dev Project PIC - Select project details, iteration details, Month, Week, Year and Submit For AOS and AT – Select Project details, Month, Week, Year and Submit When Project is selected other details will be populated

8. Calculation of PIC Score & Color 8 Here in this step all the fields are editable SQA has to enter all the data and click on “Calculate & Proceed”, on click of which the data from Metrics and FI will be flown and scores &colors are calculated.

9. Publishing PIC 9 To publish the request SQA has to click on “Publish” To go back to the previous step SQA has to click on “Go To Home”

10. Closing PIC 10 To go back to the first step SQA has to click on “Go To Home” To close the request SQA has to click on “Close

11. Reconfirm Close of PIC request 11 Here SQA has to give a Re-confirmation whether he is sure to close the request To cancel closing SQA has to click on “Cancel close”.

12. Dashboards & Portlets 12 We have three portlets for Process Health Check- DEV,AOS & AT, and two exception portlets ( PIC not updated in last 7 days & PIC not created) Dashboard is available in SQA & PM login with the name “Process Health Check”.
