Harmonisation Retail Design Service HRDS 5 th December 2012 MCR Prioritisation Exercise  8 MCRs were distributed to all MPs in ROI and NI for ranking.  7 Schema impacting MCRs and 1 Non schema impacting MCR was on the list.  Ranking was performed with 1 as least required and 8 as most required. 0 was used where the MCR had no relevance to MP  60% response rate for ROI  Summary of Ranked figures for all MPs

Harmonisation Retail Design Service HRDS 5 th December 2012 Market Release 2013 - Content  Based on Ranked List, DSOs assessed options for a 2013 Release.  The decisions were based on  Supplier Ranking  Effort to deliver ranked MCRs  Both Regulators have been notified of package content  Subject to Regulatory Approval, the 2013 market release will consist of  MCR 1111 - Automated Debt Flagging Solution  MCR 1122 - Introduction of Flag into the Market Design to identify Sites with Essential Plant

Harmonisation Retail Design Service HRDS 5 th December 2012 Market Release 2013 - Date Market Release Date  The market release date will be 19-20 October 2013 Contingency Release Date  Based on recent experience with Harmonisation go live, a contingency release date has been requested. The date is 02–03 November 2013  Expectation for contingency weekend is  Date is not intended to be used for project slippage. It would only come into play if there are issues on planned cutover date.  MPs to keep weekend free of system activities in order to facilitate contingency if required
