To open a account - we need a pan card copy, last month bank statement, Cheque and for address proof we need DL, Voters ID or Ration Card. Commodity trading is a future trading. There are contract periods like two months and three months. And there is a lot size for each commodity. We can buy and sell with in the contract period in lot sizes. Investment amount that is required is just only 5% to 10% of the total value. HOW TO DO COMMODITY TRADING

1. If we like to buy GOLD we can buy now but have to square off with in the expiry date of the particular contract. 2. Lot size for GOLD 1 KGS 3.10gms of GOLD is around 30,000/-Rs (10gms). So total amount is 30000*100 = 30,00,000 Rs 4. And investment amount is 4% of, so we have to pay 1,20,000 Rs to hold one lot of GOLD. When price go up we can sell it out, for example the price of 10gms GOLD is 30,000 and if it goes up to Rs.30,100 then you can earn profit of Rs. 10000 {100*100(lot size)} Example 1. (GOLD)

1. If we like to buy COPPER we can buy now but have to square off with in the expiry date of the particular contract. 2. Lot size for COPPER 1000 KGS 3. One Kg of COPPER is around 410/-Rs. So total amount is 410*1000 = 410000.00 Rs 4. And investment amount is 6% of 410000, so we have to pay 24,000 Rs to hold one lot of COPPER. When price go up we can sell it out, for example the price of 1 kg COPPER is 410 and if it goes up to Rs. 411 then you can earn profit of Rs. 1000 {1000(lot size*1} Example 2. (COPPER)
