Target Behavior Using the computer for more than two hours a day for games. Looks/Sounds like: Typing rapidly, clicking the mouse, and looking at a computer monitor that has games on it. Escaping housework and homework.

Discussion Without the intervention – Getting on the computer earlier, and staying up later working on homework which effected sleep and stress rates – Baseline averaged 4 ½ hours daily for data collected for one week With intervention – On the computer at later times in the day – Averaged 3 ½ hours on the computer daily for data collected over one month – Housework was finished before bedtime – Most of homework was finished in a timely manner.
