3. Next Problem….Poor Health Politics of Aid 4 Developing countries do not have a National Health Service. If there is not a proper immunisation programme it is difficult to fight disease. In the UK most of us have had the measles and been ok. In a developing country we would probably be dead. This is because we gain important nutrients from the food we eat and this helps us fight infection and disease.
