2 GLOBAL PRESENCE COUNTRIES Beyond the United States and Canada, we have Science of Mind groups in 16 countries : Argentina, Australia, Cameroon, China, Costa Rica, Jamaica, India, Kenya, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom COMMUNITIES These groups consist of the following number of community types: Centers: 4 Teaching chapters: 15 Focus ministry: 2 Study groups: 19 CIRCLES The Spiritual Living Circles program is also represented in 20 countries: Australia, Austria, Cameroon, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Saint Lucia, South Africa, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom

3 TRANSLATIONS OF THE WORKS OF ERNEST HOLMES Available to currently buy online in: Spanish -5 books (including the recently published Viviendo la Ciencia de la Mente) French – 4 booksGerman – 4 books Swedish – 3 books Dutch – 1 book Italian – 1 book There are also a number of other translated books currently not available for online purchase (including 7 books in Russian.)

4 WORKING GLOBALLY Home Office – Global Service Coordinator – Rev Mark Gilbert – Part time position devoted to supporting global actions and growth and works with following groups Global Services Committee – Chairperson: Rev Chris Plym – Field group that works on supporting global groups; administering mini-grants Spanish Language Task Force – Chairperson: Rev Ogla Silva – Field group that serves as liaison between Spanish ministries and their needs and Home Office Russian Language Working Group – Chairperson: Rev Barbara Leger – Field group that assists in sharing resources of Russian language groups and providing input to Home Office Various Global Convention Planning Groups – Currently there are groups who plan and host annual spiritual conventions in Mexico, Switzerland and the Ukraine. Service Project Groups – Centers for Spiritual Living also has a number of other groups who coordinate direct social services to select groups around the world (such as the teens and their support of schools in Malawi).

5 RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS Updated Global Services Website (globalservices.cls.org) – Website was revised to support global groups with information and materials helpful to starting or growing their group, connect North American communities with global communities, highlight our global service projects and conventions. New site includes direct links to all available Ernest Holmes translated books for purchase (as well as others). Enhanced Global Community Support – Global Services now supports RSC’s in making routine contacts with all global communities; new “Partnership” program has connected domestic communities with global communities for mutual support: mini-grants support globally focused ministries. Increased Spanish Language Materials Available – Internal website has new Spanish area where one can download all Centers for Spiritual Living class curriculum in Spanish, certain Spanish business documents, discussion guides and more. Certain home office emails now sent in Spanish. One can now choose to receive Spanish home office communications in Net Community (as well as Russian). Increased Number of Translators – We now have 33 individuals who have offered to serve as translators. This includes now 21 individuals who are available for Spanish translations. Other languages for new volunteers are: Danish, Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Portuguese, Russian and Swedish. We have recently sent first Russian language communication to Russian speaking groups.

6 PROJECTS PROGRESSING Spanish Spiritual Living Circles – Program expansion involves translations of articles from magazine, discussion guides, publicity material, group support material and website pages for sign up. Material is currently being translated. Target pilot date of September or October 2015. New Spanish Ernest Holmes Book – Translations and reviews complete on 2 new books (Can We Talk to God? and How to Use the Science of Mind) and should be available for purchase later this year. Another book is in the review process (This Thing Called You). Spanish Online Prayers via World Ministry of Prayer – New Spanish webpage for submitting prayer requests should be available this summer, training is occurring over next month for individuals to receive and process prayer requests. Global Services Survey – A survey of our global communities and their needs was recently completed and the Global Services Committee is reviewing the results to guide their current strategic planning. Russian Language Working Group – This new group recently began meeting to share resources and submit input to home office on their needs. Coordinator is working with group to identify how to best make Russian language Ernest Holmes books more widely available.
