As you wait for us to get started, your parent(s) can begin the following: 1.Sign up for a conference time on the front chalkboard 2.Sign up for a class party at the rainbow table 3.Fill out the notecard placed at your seat *See directions at the table and place it in the red basket on the counter 4.Sign the permission slip on the table and place it in the pile on the counter 5.Sign the 3 volunteer forms at the table and place it in the pile on the counter 6.Sign the bus paper on the easel in the front of the room to verify your child’s bus number 7.Write your child’s bus number on the BACK of the pink tag with a marker and take home. Your child will need to wear it for the first week of school. 8.Check out the classroom! We will begin around 6:10

8. We will be going outside for recess every day as long as the temperature is above 32 degrees and it is not raining or snowing. Please keep a hat and gloves in your child’s backpack once it starts getting cold. Scheduled at 11:45 – 12:05 Recess

9. The SVSD School Board adopted an allergy policy which modifies the way snacks, including birthday and holiday party snacks, are provided to students for safety reasons. Please refer to page 25 in the CVE Student Handbook. This can be accessed on the CVE website. Allergy Policy

12. Send in a Dismissal Pick Up Form when you will be picking up your child at the end of the day. See sample in Student Handbook on page 12.
