1. HCNA-CC (Huawei Certified Network Associate-Contact Center) Training
HCNA-CC validates the associate-level knowledge and skills required by a contact center.
The HCNA-CC includes, but is not limited to the solutions in common use, component functions, service flows, monitoring and QC at the basic level.
With a HCNA-CC certification, a network professional demonstrates the skills required to plan and deploy Huawei contact center solutions and the technology of mainstream contact centers.
Engineers who are HCNA-CC certified, are recognized as having competency in CC engineer or system administrator roles; possess CC basic principles and skills, have mastered the capabilities of installation, deployment and basic maintenance to Huawei CC products; and have the capabilities of management, operation maintenance, and simple troubleshooting for Huawei CC solutions.

3. The exam of HCNP-CC(Fast Track) is different from HCNP’s.
HCNP-CC(FAST) (Huawei Certified Network Professional-Contact Center(Fast Track)) Training
The fast track for Huawei certification is to enable individuals, who possess the relevant recognized qualification, to rapidly attain certification offered by Huawei.
HCNP-CC validates the professional-level knowledge and skills required by MLEs contact centers.
The HCNP-CC includes, but is not limited to the technology principle and networking of enterprise contact centers and the applications such as installation, configuration, deployment and maintenance etc. of Huawei enterprise contact center solution to get the competence in large network design, Security program planning, troubleshooting etc.
With a HCNP-CC certification, a network professional demonstrates the skills required to plan and deploy MLEs contact center solution and the technology of mainstream contact centers.
With engineers who are HCNP-CC certified, be competent at CC advanced engineer or system administrator jobs; possess CC basic principles and advanced skills, master the capabilities of installation, deployment and basic maintenance to Huawei CC products; get the capabilities of design, management, operation maintenance, and troubleshooting to Huawei CC solutions.
