Linc: Leaders Into Champions 2 year program: –Year one focuses on personal and professional development –Year two focuses on application back to the business Program is for grades 71-76 (next in line for Vice President level) Top 5% of team members in those grades are nominated Approximately 20 team members selected each year (= top 2% of talent) Selection criteria is Business Unit nomination, 360 feedback survey, presentation to top 15 leaders in the company

Cost Initial estimated cost of the program was $9,600 per participant ($4,800 per year) After first year, we reduced that amount to $4,500 per participant ($2,250 per year) After two years, we reduced that amount to $2,500 per participant ($1,400 per year)
