Event Requests An Event Request Form is used anytime there is event on campus that requires assistance from Facilities Management Extra custodial assistance Power for an outdoor event Snow Removal

Event Requests Over 300 events have utilized Facilities Management services by filling out the Event Request Form Event Request Form can be found at: http://www.wmich.edu/facilities After nearly three years and over 300 events we sent out a survey to users As a result of the survey, we are working on an improved process Updating form to a web based form Implementing wrap-up conversations Designating a point person for all facilities aspects of an event
