After reading Do you agree with the author that good manners always pay off? Why or why not? Question for further discussion: Hints: 15 Well, I definitely agree with the author. As the author said, good manners can make our society run more smoothly. Good manners can help us get positive attention. Treating other people with respect makes them want to be nice back to us. It can help us find more friends and make our old friends keep calling. I can’t imagine what society will be like without proper etiquette—it will probably be a mess with free-for-all behavior.
