1 Reminder: It is each project partner’s obligation (according to Regulation (EU 1303/2013 and Implementing regulation (EU) No 821/2014) to place “at least one poster with information about the project (minimum size A3), including the financial support from the Union, at a location readily visible to the public, such as the entrance area of a building.“ Template & guidance for project poster Obligatory element: Reference to the fund incl. reference to the Programme, ERDF and the European Union – as applicable to all communication measures Obligatory element: Information about the project, i.e. the content– extent can be defined by the project Obligatory element: Information about the name of the project Obligatory element: Financial support from the Union Step 1: In template 1, in the slide master view, exchange the Programme logo by the adjusted programme logo with project name OR: In template 2 (slide master), add your project logo in the top left corner Step 2: Exchange the image by a thematic project image: right- click the image and chose a new one. Adjust size and crop to fit the frame. Step 4: In the slide master view, fill in name, website, duration and budget info of your project Step 3: In the slide master view, insert a short text informing about your project (see e.g. project post card) Step 5: If applicable: change the text colour to your project‘s primary colour (examples here: medium blue for priority 3 and sea grass green for priority 2, following the project design guide). The main colours defined in the project design guide are pre-set in the colour palette. Step 6: Send the poster to all your partners to print and position them in a location readily visible to the public.
