This template is already in format A0 (0.841 x 1.189 m). If you want to print the result in format A4 or A3: (i) select « Print », (ii) select the required printer, (iii) get the printer to print in the correct orientation, (iv) click the Paper/Quality tab, (v) ensure that paper size is set to A4 or A3, (vi) check the scale to fit option in the print dialogue box, done. To be presented at the workshop, the posters need to be printed in format A0. The dimensions 0.80 x 1.20 m will also be accepted. A full version should be submitted in PPTX or ODP AND PDF format to: martin.ruesch@rapp.ch, bernard.jacob@ifsttar.fr, in English by August 25, 2016. If the file exceeds 10Mb, please use a file transfer system. The authors will be notified about the acceptance/rejection or required modifications. If accepted, the presenting author must register to the conference by September 5, 2016.martin.ruesch@rapp.ch bernard.jacob@ifsttar.fr 1.The maximum of the number of references should be 4 and shall be formatted as per the following examples. 2.Smith, J., Adams, T. & Muller, A. The section headings are indicative and shall be in Times New Roman (TNR) 70. The main text shall be in TNR 36. Do not modify the height of the headings frame and do not change the size of the content frame. The text must be clear and concise Bullet points, enumeration and lists may be used. Please leave some space around the title, text, figures and legends. This is a poster for a 2-column presentation, which is recommended. You can also decide to use one single column if appropriate. But a total of three columns is not advised (the poster is not wide enough). By submitting a poster, a transfer of Copyright is done by the authors to PIARC to allow its distribution on an USB stick to the workshop participants in PDF version, and for a future publication on the PIARC website. Introduction Results – Text CHART or PICTURE Legend of chart The title should be in capitals Arial 80, the authors’ names and affilia- tion in Arial 48 and the email address of the corresponding author in Arial 44 italic. The presenting author’s name should be underlined. If the title is longer than two lines or if there are more than three authors, please reduce the size of all the elements of the title proportionally. The PIARC logo and name, and the workshop venue shall neither be removed nor modified (size). The affiliation logo(s) should be inserted in a box of 0.10 x 0.16 m. The footer with organisers’ logos shall not be modified. Heading and footer At least one third of the total surface shall be occupied by pictures, diagrams, charts, sketches… Legends shall be placed under the illustrations, in TNR36 bold. The legends inside the figures shall have a size of TNR28. The pictures shall be in high definition and easily readable. All units must be in S.I. Pictures shall be free of rights.
