8 Commission Indicator 3 At least 200 MSMEs (led by men and women) have implemented recommendations on measures to increase competitiveness by adopting an environment friendly and climate smart (mitigation and adaptation) business model (for instance through waste reduction, resource efficiency, climate risk management) that were suggested by capacitated service providers (such as trainings, energy audits, walk throughs).
