OSG provides ATLAS and CMS an SLA – will the WLCG also have an SLA please? We use CEMON – continuing to investigate server hangs; when server cannot connect to collector must timeout an then retry later. Web-service based ticket exchange to BNL/US-ATLAS in production. Developing equivalent interface with Fermilab/US CMS Tier-1

2. Ruth Pordes, March 2010 Tier-3 Support OSG is planning to do a trial run of a centralized PAKITI server to inform T3 sites of potential security problems that require patching. This service can also be made available to Atlas for T3 sites that accept PANDA jobs. The access separation between site admins was implemented by EGEE/WLCG. We are grateful for the help. The official release will be this Friday. One of the hot items right now is creating an auto-configure tool for Xrootd in the VDT. Requirements now being defined from Atlas. One key requirement is the need for a non-root install. Our very initial tests (only a week of testing) do not indicate a major break. we will send an official report once we learn more. Auditing that can ultimately trace back to the user when VOs use portals to access OSG. When new CILOGON service is available will start testing ID management from Shib on the Campus. 3

Doing preparatory work at/with CMS for the DM workshop in June. More effort to provide storage (~1TB) per site for several non-physics applications, and look into a VO solution for data management that is not the specific HEP ones. Provided initial archiving tool for NEES – earthquake engineering. 4
