12 Famous Beers 2014 Waterloo Original Dark 5% Warm dark beer with a mild taste. There is little aftertaste to suggest it has been there – what is there is a slight malt. This would be good for sitting by the fire and eating potato chips. Rock Cut 4.2% A light yeasty nose with a pleasant non-descript aftertaste. Excellent for a summer day. Red Racer IPA 6.5% Almost indescribable! This fruity-nosed beer has a taste of elderflower and grapefruit. Everyone should try this ale once.

14 Famous Beers 2014 Muskoka Detour 4.5% A mild ale which has taken a detour away from the traditional. A mild citrus nose and slight aftertaste. Excellent for drinking during a thunder storm. Boneshaker 7.1 % Nice hoppy nose with a pleasing burnt caramel aftertaste. Prison Break 5% Light on the tongue with a warm enveloping mild yeast, hop taste and nose. This would be great on Christmas Day or at a wedding.

16 Famous Beers 2014 Amsterdam Blonde 5% Light on the tongue with a warm enveloping light and mild yeasty taste. This would be great to have on a quiet night by the fire. Rocket ISA 5% This ale has an overbearing grapefruit nose with a powerful citrus aftertaste. Excellent for drinking on a hot summer day. Cutthroat 5% High hop taste with a strong bite. A subtle grapefruit nose with caramel undertones. Cloying aftertaste. Good with Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Cheetos. Old Boy 5% Full with a rich caramel nose. More like a stout rather than a bitter, hiding a licorice aftertaste.

Galaxy A le Alexander Keith 5.5% A mild hoppy nose with mild yeast taste. A light non-descript aftertaste. An excellent every day drink. Cheers! Coffee 5.5 % A very dark beer with a chocolate nose – a cold mocha. This is one beer everyone should try. Would go well with cheesecake and could easily replace after-dinner port.
