4.  His identity was unknown  Known as the “Infamous Cultural Bogeyman”  The information of Jack the Ripper’s publishing rates average is a new book a year since 1888.  We make movies, novels, and musicals about him even to this day.  People are still to this day trying to figure out his mystery  He strangled his victims, then laid them down and cut their arteries in their throats; then a varied process of mutilation, body parts were removed and sometimes kept
