6. 6 26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: 27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Destroy trust & security, create resentment: adultery, porn, hypocrisy, tyranny, gambling, drugs, alcohol, bad temper, sharp tongue  Repent, do works of repentance, reassure mate & children they are precious & appreciated 25

26. 26 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

27. 27 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
