2 PERSPECTIVE With numerous awards and accolades, Constance Hotels and Resorts is THE luxury hotel brand of the Indian Ocean. In 2016, the group invests in the renovation of its illustrious hotels: Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius and Constance Lémuria in Seychelles. More than a refurbishment, the project’s objective is to create fresh atmospheres in these two hotels, while keeping the key points that made their success and reputation (make the most of their beautiful location, impeccable service, warm hospitality).

3 CONSTANCE BELLE MARE PLAGE PROJECT Located along a magnificent 2 km beach leading to a crystal clear lagoon on the east coast of Mauritius, Constance Belle Mare Plage needed a transformation to keep its place of leader in its segment. Concept: Time has come for a metamorphosis: keeping the roots and meanwhile looking at the future, with a new hotel mixing tradition and modern sophistication. The Rebirth of an Eden.
