7. Journal 6 Write a letter to yourself – Either: From the “future you” to yourself Or From yourself to the future Consider persistent issues in your life. What do you always want to remember? How can you encourage yourself? What’s something you wish you could ALWAYS remember and stick to? What’s some advice that you could give yourself from the future?
