10  Register online on the EP Fire Dept./Emergency Management website to receive texts, emails and phone calls in emergency situations  Warnings and Protective Action Instructions  Extreme Heat Warnings  Phone number for assistance  Location of cooling centers  Location to pick up supplies, water, food  Messages in Spanish

11  For large scale emergencies such as Extreme Heat event  All Public Information Officers involved in response will create one unified message  Press releases as needed Establishing a JIC for Incidents/Events
