2. PURCHASES Purchasing activities are as below: 2.1) REQUSITION (REQ) Documents that will be issued to obtain quotation for supply and delivery of materials. 2.2) TECHNICAL BID ANALYSIS (TBA) After receiving technical bids from different vendors,there bids will be compared to standard specifications & data sheets. 2.3) PURCHASE ORDER (PO) After vendor selection,the requisition will be revised as PO and all the detail technical notes will be clarified and noted for vendor. 2.4) VENDOR DRAWING CHECKING After receiving drawings from vendor, these drawings will be checked technically. 2.5) INSPECTION & TEST

3.Other department package assistance In a plant there are many packages such as Compressor, Reformer, heavy pumps, Tanks, Utility packages and etc, which needs the support of instrument department for the compliance with other part and systems of the plant.
