Developing successful strategies to improve the process for supporting employees that have additional needs can require tailored approaches. This seminar is aimed at HR and man-management professionals or anyone who would like to add this area of expertise to their role. Her particular focus is to develop key initiatives around health and wellness strategies for Punter Southall Health & Protection’s corporate clients. Angela Cooke - Inclusion and Diversity department, PwC Angela is a senior HR professional at PwC with a specialist expertise in talent, inclusion and employee wellbeing. A qualified business psychologist having gained a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and CIPD qualifications. As part of her role she leads PwC’s long term behaviour change campaign, ‘Open Mind’, which focuses on raising awareness of unconscious bias. Emma Webster - Solicitor, Your Employment Settlement Service A solicitor and mediator with over 10 years experience advising Employees and Employers regarding all aspects of employment law. Developing the Disability Standard – a business audit tool. on the advisory board of the Secrets and Big News project which looked at disclosure in the workplace. She was born deaf.
