Avoid the damage of vessels caused by TSUNAMI and keep the maritime traffic as possible. The incident review and the VTS Simulator training has done every month with the inspector from the regional HQs and administrative staff of the VTS center. 9 Training Scenario for the VTS Simulator is prepared by VTSO, which includes incidents and accidents cases. VTSO review the incidents and learned from the training on their off duties. The training brings smooth and good communication among VTSOs and common perspective in actual cases. Exchange, check and share the opinion among VTSOs for the adequately operation includes emergency or contingency situation. Reduction of dangerous situation, incidents and accidents based on the robust VTSO Team Resource Management. Strictly numbers of the trainings can foster the VTSO, who handle the complicated and unexpected situation with good awareness around the Kanmon Straight. All VTSOs recognize operational matters and requirements in their operation. Increasing quick and appropriate response for personnel and the group.
