9 Training Regulations and A.O.D.A. Policy
The use or possession of alcohol, any tobacco product, illegal drugs, mood altering substance (as defined in school board policy) and performance enhancing substances (PES, as defined by the WIAA) is prohibited for any Germantown High School athlete. In addition, attendance at a function where alcohol and/or drugs are present and being consumed illegally will be considered a violation of the Athlete’s Code of Conduct. (All year) Goals are the bridges that span our Dreams.

Day 1 After Symptoms free >48 hrs, light biking Day 2 Increased workout intensity, weights Day 3 Non-contact practice drills Day 4 Full contact practice with MD clearance Day 5 Cleared to play per MD If athlete presents with Symptoms at any stage, athlete returns to previous stage.

27 Attendance Loss of classroom time - students responsible for missed work Truant from school - If an athlete or anyone involved with co-curricular activities is truant for any part of a school day they will not be able to participate in their NEXT scheduled athletic contest. Student must be present be in at least one half of scheduled classes to be eligible to participate in practice or a contest. Page 3-4
