2. What a Wonderful world ! There are four seasons in Korea. Spring, summer,fall and winter Which season do you like best?

3. Spring is warm. In spring, Sprouts come out. And beautiful flowers bloom. Frogs and snakes come out of the ground. New school begins.

4. We can see butterflies and bees. They fly from flower to flower to find honey.

5. In spring, flower festivals held in nationwide. Cherry blossoms are popular in Korea. Do you like cherry blossoms ? Enjoy cherry blossom !

6. In spring, farmers plant seeds in the field. Gardeners plant flower seeds. Do you like flowers? If you do plant flower seeds in a flowerpot or in your garden. Mornign glory seeds, sunflower seeds and so on. Soon later, you will see beautiful flowers.

7. Summer is hot and humid. Most plants and trees are green. Lots of insects are in the field. Cicadas cry loudly. People enjoy swimming in the water.

8. People usually eat icecream and watermelon. People use a fan to cool heat. But, summer is exciting ! During this summer vacation, go to the stream or sea with your family. And enjoy happily !

9. In fall, the sky is high and blue. The weather is cool. Leaves change colors. Leaves are colorful. Some leaves are red and orange. Some leaves are yellow. And fall flowers bloom.

10. Fruits get bigger and bigger. Rice in the field is yellow. Fall is fruit-picking time.

11. Ripe apple,persimmon and pears dangle from tree branches. They look yummy ! Farmers harvest fruits and rice. Have you ever picked an apple or a persimmon ?

12. People go hiking with family. Some animals store food for winter. Some birds fly to warm places. In late fall, leaves fall on the ground.

13. People around world celebrate fall. There is Thanksgiving in America. There is Chuseok in Korea. On Chuseok, we eat lots of fruits and food. Fall is a wonderful season.

14. In winter, it’s very cold. Most trees don’t have leaves any more. The tree stops growing. Trees are dormant during winter. So, most tree have annual rings. annual ring (tree ring)

15. In winter, Snow falls a lot. Everywhere is white. Water freezes. Icicles grow. Cold wind blows.

16. Some animals sleep during the winter. Bears, frogs and snakes are sleep in the cave or under the ground.

17. People wear coats and boots. We can enjoy winter sports. We can make snowmen. We can sled on ponds. We can skate on lakes. We can slide down hills. Do you like to play sled or skate? Enjoy winter !
