SJSU Washington Square Provisional admission is a status that is placed by Graduation Admissions & Program Evaluation so it can’t be removed by your graduate department. You may still receive a financial aid award Disbursement holds are placed on your financial aid until your provisional admission status has been cleared.

GS Financial Resources Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive Program For those in or beginning PhD programs who might return to enter CSU faculty Loan program: $10,000 per year at 5% per year interest rate over 15-year period; maximum $30,000 Forgivable No limit to number; generally up to 10 per institution Application quality (long essay), demonstrated interest in teaching at CSU, mentor recommendations, plan with mentor, field of doctoral study
