Overview of Live Meeting Virtual meeting room Enables you to conduct real-time meetings, training sessions, and events. Similar to Adobe Connect, Elluminate Facilitate distance learning classes, meetings with other institutions.

What can Live Meeting do? Share many types of content and work on documents during meetings, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Ask questions Virtual “whiteboard” Talk with each other during the meeting (webcams). Audience polls

What can Live Meeting do? (2) Create notes – download after meeting. Meetings held with Office Live Meeting can be recorded and replayed. Recordings uploaded to a Web site for future reference.

Access to Live Meeting UL staff member organising meeting – Outlook conferencing tab add-in. – Generate email from conferencing tab. – Live Meeting client on PC. Attendees (UL student, people external to UL) Receive meeting email request from UL staff member. Using email, download client and access meeting via web browser and client.
