3. Audacity Audacity is an easy sound editing tool that can be downloaded on the internet. It can be used to record voices, sound effects, and instrumentation. You can edit your sound clips also.

4. Lets Get Started……. On your desktop – Highlight “START” Click “Audacity”

5. 1 st Step (plug-ins) Plug in your microphone and headphones (if needed) or at least makes sure your computer speakers are turned up so you can hear properly. Next, click on your microphone icon to make sure you are in the right record mode

7. To Record… 1 st – Click the red circle 2 nd – Click the gold square to stop quick tip: Increase the dial next to the microphone if it does not look like you are recording.

8. Review What You Recorded 1st – Click the playback button 2 nd (adjust volume)

10. Record Multiple Tracks Into One… Ready for advancement

11. Save Your Final Audio Sound… Go to “Export as a Wave” Type in a file name
