7 Data Quality Facilities should be receiving monthly quality reports Validation ◦ Likely next step will be validation of MRSA and CDI LabID data Also working to ensure consistency among data reported by TDH, THA, and Qsource

8 CDI Prevention Collaborative Pilot in Davidson County– 3/8 kick-off ◦ Across the continuum of care  3 long-term care facilities, 2 long-term acute care facilities (LTACs), and partnering hospitals ◦ Topics to be addressed:  Hand hygiene  Contact precautions  Environmental cleaning Plan is to expand the project state-wide  Transitions of care  Laboratory issues  Antimicrobial stewardship
