1. Welcome To the first of several Total Supplier Management (TSM) Training Presentations. So what is TSM and what does it mean to me (the supplier)? We’re glad you asked.

2. Total Supplier Manager (TSM) from SciQuest is a comprehensive cloud-based, fully automated supplier management solution. As a supplier you will be directed to a simple, web-based portal where you will answer questions and provide important information once (instead of at every TBR institution). TSM is a central repository that allows “you” the supplier to provide TBR with your important supplier information and then “you” the supplier can direct which of the TBR institutions you want to be eligible to do business with. Instead of submitting duplicate documentation to each TBR institution and going through each institution’s application process, TSM empowers the supplier to answer the questionnaires once, provide your supplier information once and then select the institutions you are interested in doing business with. No more wasted time or duplication of efforts!

3. As a supplier, you will also find that TSM is an easy way to update and maintain your company information. Now updating your diversity, tax, insurance and other critical information will be an easy one-time update to the central repository. With just one update to TSM each of the TBR institutions that you want to do business with will be updated as well. Again, no more duplicate questions or data.
